PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIMES

The estimated processing and handling time is approximately 1-3 business days. Please note, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind these are estimates and may vary.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

IguanaMed currently offers FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders over $100. During checkout, guests can choose their preferred shipping option. We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
    • About $8 for guest orders. Shipping rates will vary.
  • UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)
    • About $8 for guest orders. Shipping rates will vary.
  • DHL Express Worldwide (3-14 Business Days)
    • Shipping rates will vary.
    • Guests in Russia must use a business shipping address in order to receive their package.
  • Store Pickup
    • Free for all eligible orders. Just click "Pick Up" during checkout.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You will be able to track your order with the information provided.

    CHANGES

    We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been fulfilled, you cannot change your order. If you need to return any items, please contact us and visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

    UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PACKAGES

    If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Once it is returned, we will contact you for re-shipping options. Guests will have to pay another shipping fee to re-ship packages, since we cannot use the same label. Please double check your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. If your package gets lost, please contact us!
